The Arrested Development Movie Is a Lousy Idea and It's Your Fault

Not to piss on everyone’s campfires here, but have all you people foaming at the mouth for an Arrested Development movie actually thought about this? Because it’s a terrible idea.

Absolutely, 100% agree.

Has there ever been a feature movie of a tv that was “worth” it?  I’m not even talking movie ‘remakes/reboots’ or tv shows? Is there a single thing in the movie format that enhances AD?  Is a two hour episode with more swearing and… what… car crashes the think we felt AD was missing?

I don’t get people.

It worked for Star Trek, which was also cancelled after three seasons. Well, the movie wasn’t so great, but the sequels and spin-offs made up for it. How about a new TV series about the next generation of the Bluth family, set 80 years after the original series?

The show is perfect, the movie does not need to happen.
