The way we measure time is so arbitrary that none of these really mean anything. Days have some natural significance (one Earth rotation), as do years (one Earth revolution about the Sun) and months (one Moon revolution about Earth), but dividing days into 24 parts, and each of those parts into 60 smaller parts, and each of those parts into 60 again, means nothing. And we have to add leap years and leap seconds into the mix to make it all line up with the natural phenomena we are measuring. Not to mention that writing the date as month/day/year makes no sense whatsoever given the year is the most significant number and the day is the least significant. And why is it OK to only use the last two digits of the year?
In conclusion, I think the above thing is stupid.
